  This store is a joke. The older lady who's working there Ashley should be fired after what I experienced. I was on a scouting trip considering my DOCTORATE at the UAH and currently getting my Masters online. I stopped here on my way back home to Franklin, TN where I live and where I'm from to get a quart of oil since my Honda CRV has been burning oil while on vacations the past month, lots of road trips. When I walked in and asked the lady about the oil she pointed to the back and said "you can get it" which was zero customer service, then the dealbreaker was when I came back in to ask for a bag for the oil so it wouldn't leak in the car she told me to grab a bag myself, excuse me?? Why are you working there if you don't want to do your job? I proclaimed I'm getting my Masters right now and she quickly said "I don't care" well you should care before you're fired lady, and before I escalate this to corporate for harassing a customer and failing to serve them at all. It sounds like you need to find you a new job you enjoy or learn how to treat young women with respect and dignity, but my guess is you're bitter for a reason and you have a chip on your shoulder. Hire better people or lose business it's that simple. Ashley is not a good investment for the company and I recommend she receive training or replaced. Be careful how you treat people ma'am and don't judge a book by its cover.

  Tom was the manager on duty. The customer service he provided was the "hurry up, I have better places to be than here at work" type of service. Homeboy just stood there and stared at me. Did not even ask what I needed. Showed no motivation to do his job whatsoever. I had to essentially do his job for him, which Pretended like the part I needed wasnt there so id leave.
