The car lot is about 25 yards away from the arrivals area and baggage claim. The mid-size vehicle I was originally assigned was very clean, but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and made me feel ill. When I asked the lot manager if any other vehicles were available, I was offered a RAV 4 hybrid, which was very clean, did not smell like smoke, and ran beautifully over the 400 miles I drove. I think it had only about 20,000 miles on it. The lot manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Return process was swift and easy - just follow the signs to rental car return once at the airport.

Je suis tombée en panne de voiture et personne n'a voulu prendre en considération ma demande de dépannage sous prétexte que la personne qui a rédigé mon contrat de location s'est trompé dans ma date de naissance. J'ai eu beau donner toutes mes autres coordonnées ils n'ont répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient pas être sûrs que ce soit bien moi la locataire de la voiture. Je vais même entamer une procédure à l'encontre de la société pour non assistance puisque la panne concernait les freins.
