He said he really couldn't because there wasn't much staff there. I told him I totally understood. When he went to look up my headlight he said that it could be one of two and he told me I'd have to pull the old bulb out to see which. I clearly looked dejected and he came right out from behind the counter and said he'd check and install it for me anyway. My mechanic dad just died and he had always made sure stuff like this was done for me because it's "man's work" lol. It meant the entire world to me that Mark helped in a really hard moment for me. He didn't need to and he didn't need to shake my hand when he was done, but he did both. Thank you for the compassion today.
