- HHHappySep 29, 20251.0Rude Counter people that work here They answer the phone during a transaction and then when you say that's rude another counter man SAYS that's normal we all do that! That's Great when you have 3 other employees standing around that can answer the phone meanwhile I had several questions regarding my transactions and because I am a woman they chose to ignore me ! Oh and they refused to install my wiper blades that I spent over 39.00 for when the sign clearly says free installation because I complained about their unprofessional behavior at the counter ....

I had my Wife and Mother in Law get a crankshaft sensor on Saturday and when they brought it to me it was actually a camshaft sensor so they went back and got the crankshaft sensor. Todsy I finally got to putting it on and it was the wrong crankshaft sensor so my wife called and they had actually pulled the wrong part number! That's twice it was wrong! Well that happens and I understand but what was the above and beyond part was the employee asked what our address was and we live across the river in Laceys Spring and she said she would get the part to us and sure enough within an hour the correct part was in my hands without any effort on our end! That kind of service is hard to get nowadays and kudos to the employees there! They corrected the problem Pronto! I just moved here and that's my parts store now for sure! Great Job!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
