Cheyenne was the absolute best sales person ever. She did not pressure, try and convince me what vehicle I wanted, answered questions I had and was there for me during the purchase of the vehicle. I highly recommend her and if I need to purchase a vehicle again soon and she hasn’t become a manager, I will see her for that process again.
Tim in finance was equally wonderful. This has been a great experience and I highly recommend them both. 5 stars are the most I can pick and it would be higher if I was given the option.

Bill Penney (specifically Robert Pears) made our car buying experience so easy and enjoyable! We called before heading over there, and when we arrived the vehicle we wanted to see was staged and ready for us to view upon arrival thanks to Robert. Their pricing was transparent- only a dealer/doc fee and minuscule title fee- and they priced the vehicle very competitively. We showed up close to closing time, but Robert stayed late for us and got everything ready for us to come in the next day and do the financing and paperwork (per our request, he would have stayed even later if we wanted to finish up that night). When we came in the next day to talk about financing, they gave us exactly what we asked for the first time; there was no back and forth on APR or term length. Bill Penney is extremely transparent and easy to work with, we would gladly buy another vehicle from them any day!

As a Toyota employee currently working out of town, I was disappointed with my recent experience at Bill Penney Toyota in Huntsville. When I brought my fleet vehicle in for its 5,000-mile service, I was informed that an oil change would only be performed if I paid full price. This was unexpected, as routine service is included with fleet vehicles.
Due to this, I later had my 2026 Tacoma serviced at Toyota of Greensboro. Their team, particularly Jeffrey, was surprised by my prior experience and ensured the oil change was completed at no charge, as expected. I appreciate the professionalism and respect shown by the Greensboro team, which reflects the Toyota values I have come to expect.

I recently had an exceptionally positive experience at Bill Penney Toyota and would rate the entire process as excellent from start to finish.
I live in Tennessee, about an hour and half away from Huntsville. Most of the deal and negotiation was actually done via email. So really the only thing to do once I got to the dealership was to have a look at the vehicle and agree to the purchase. That easy!
Special thanks and recognition to Jermaine Calmes, my sales associate. My situation was a little complicated by the fact that I had two vehicles that I wanted to use as trades, and also the distance from my home. Jermaine was very patient and professional throughout the car buying process. I never felt any pressure to purchase. He always followed up and responded to all my questions. If you are looking for someone who will work to close a great deal, I would highly recommend you ask for Jermaine.
Finally, the dealership has a great selection of cars, trucks, and SUVs. I was looking for something very specific, and could not find it near to me, here in Tennessee. Not only did they have the vehicle, a Toyota Crown Signia two-tone black/white, they offered it at a price that really couldn't be matched, at least locally. Well worth the drive to Huntsville.

The experience initially began on a disappointing note, and after leaving dissatisfied, I was switched to a different sales person. Upon my sixth visit, I was finally able to leave satisfied. Once I was assisted by Nick Hull, Tulio, and Austin Norwood, the situation improved significantly. They were highly communicative throughout the entire process and demonstrated a strong commitment to my deal.
