  They post ads for cars on craigslist and when the car sells, instead of removing the listing, they update it with "this car has been sold, but check out the Bill Penney website for other great deals". Just remove the add, it would take less work and is better for everyone. This kind of pollution on craigslist makes it hard know what's really out there for sale.

  Purchased my Mitsubishi Outlander new through Bill Penny in 2022. About a year after purchasing a sensor started malfunctioning, constant beeping and flashing on my dash the entire time I drive. They took it in and fixed it under warranty. This same issue is happening again and they have since sold their partnership with Mitsubishi and now anyone who needs warranty work done has to drive to Florence. I would not have purchased from them had I known this is what I would have to deal with. Bad business

  Purchased my Mitsubishi through Bill Penney, and I was happy with them originally. I need to have my Service that is included, and was told ‘sorry, you’ll have to go to Florence’. Where? Wouldn’t have purchased this had I known. This is not convenient, and I don’t have the time to drive however long and far away this place is. I do think there should have been some communication. Now, I’m going to see how fast I can get rid of this Vehicle. I wouldn't go back after this, because I wouldn’t know if this would happen again. I need a place in Huntsville, and that is convenient.

  Billy Bell! Billy Bell! Awesome salesman. Very knowledgeable, super kind. I appreciate him getting me a great deal on my new “mom car” lol. He wasn’t forceful or pushy.

  Brown Bebow is a rude salesman. We drove two hours to look at a car, and we drove it, and it had a few issues. It was a low price and we didn’t expect it to be perfect. The problem was the way he denied it and the comments that followed afterwards. He stated “I don’t care if they don’t get it” “Do it look like I need money.” I just wanted to make sure the problems didn’t cost more than the car’s value. That is not a way to treat a customer, and I am very disappointed in my experience and will never be choosing this dealership again.
