  Avoid this place! My wife’s 4Runner battery died recently when I was out of town and she tried to get it replaced here one evening. Without even attempting to help, they informed her that the vehicle sat too high and they didn’t have a stool in order to reach it. They then rudely suggested she find another store because there was no way they could help. The manager and employees at this place are simply not interested in helping you.

  I appreciate AutoZone !! No matter where I am in the United States and there's a AutoZone I get excellent customer service.

  James was so helpful and kind! He was able to identify I needed a battery and quickly replace it. Autozone is lucky to have him!
