There was a lady at one of the registers and there was a man on the phone who I think may have been a manager. She asked him if he would assist me with my battery and he hollered out that he would when he got off the phone not even addressing me or even acknowledging me. From what I was hearing in his phone conversation he had no intentions of getting off the phone I waited as long as I could while he chose to negotiate on parts. Hire some more Reps and Managers. People that are kind and glad to help their customers. Representatives who are professional and care about their customers. That way customers such as myself won't have to wait on rude managers. I wasn't sure if I would make it but I knew I should have went with my first mind...O'Reilly's. I made it there, I needed a battery and I was well taken care of. I won't ever give this store my money and I'll make sure my family doesn't.
