  Stopped in the location on Hwy 280 to check air pressure and they found a nail. Able to remove it and plug within 20 mins! That’s great service!

  I came in for a leaking tire. I was very impressed with how fast Mavis was at getting my tire repaired. It felt like I had only just sat down in the waiting area and they were done! Everyone was friendly, and it was easy scheduling an appointment online. They even pulled the car up right outside the door for me. Come to Mavis on Adena Lane for great service!

  Stopped by the Hwy 280 location early in the morning, before they were scheduled to open and was prepared to wait. The manager came right out and asked how he could help. I needed a patch on a tire that had a nail in it. He got me in right away and took care of the issue much faster than I expected. During my short wait I heard several customers comment that they go to this location because they feel like the people are honest and “treat you right” as a customer. I was very satisfied and the quick service allowed me to stay on schedule for the day. Thank you Mavis Hwy 280

  Terrible! They get 2 stars since they started working on my truck on time per my appointment. I brought my stock 2024 truck in this past Sunday, solely because the inside edge of my front tires was wearing. They put it on the rack and within 15-20 minutes said they were done and handed me the alignment paperwork. I looked at it and said you didn’t fix the problem I brought it in for, the camber before and after has not changed, -1.5 degrees. They proceeded to tell me that negative camber does not wear the inside edge of the tires and they corrected the problem that was causing the inside edge to wear. They also went on to say that it is illegal for them to adjust camber and only the dealer or specialty shops can adjust camber??? After I expressed my disbelief in their explanation, they took the truck back and put it on the rack for another 20 minutes. They came back and said the green toolbox was locked and it had the tools in it to adjust the camber and I’d have to come back during the week when a more senior tech was there and the toolbox was open. From the looks of the camber adjustment bolts, it looks like they moved it all over the place. I did not get a print out after this second unsuccessful attempt. I decided they were not competent in correcting my alignment, so I decided to leave, and was not charged. Driving home, I noticed the steering wheel was now crooked as well. Thanks Mavis for returning my car back to me in worse condition than I brought it and now I will have to get the dealership to correct your mess. 👎👎 I went to the dealership today to correct the Mavis alignment and here are the results showing how Mavis left it.
