    This place is horrible on timeliness! For them to be a body shop that works directly with Allstate I would expect better service! Although the guy that I have spoke to over a dozen times is very polite, it appears that these people don’t even know how to order the correct parts it took them to order 4 of the same part to get the correct one and I am still being told that the parts are a delay! My son and I have gotten the same story over and over! We had at least 4 different dates that we were told the vehicle would be ready including today’s date and call and it is delayed again! My son stopped by this whole last week and said that they didn’t even have the bumper on my told me last week that they were waiting on another part that had an arrival time that day and then it was going to get an alignment and painted but this is still not done! I would not recommend this place as his car has been there since march 17 for a bumper fender and headlight!

    I have used Joe Hudson for years with numerous vehicles. All was good until this last time. We had our new minivan worked on here after someone beside me backed into my parked vehicle. The van wasn't ready on time and I ended up picking it up from the oil change place to get it back. It was filthy (which I expected and was warned about since I picked up from oil change), missing door jams and paint was over sprayed all over the interior door. When I called to tell them about the paint over spray, I was advised on how to remove this but it didn't work. Ended up having to take it back to have that fixed. I noticed my key fob started signaling low battery a few days after it had work done but honestly just didn't want to go back after all the trouble I'd already had. Thought changing the battery in the fob would fix things but it didn't. My husband suggested maybe I had changed the wrong key (we have two identical keys) or battery was old. So I ended up changing both key batteries and when that didn't work, I checked battery strength before installing all new batteries once again. The van still gave me a key battery low light and would not lock/unlock with the fob intermittently. Finally got an appointment at the dealership when the kids were out of school and I had car seats in another vehicle. The report from the dealership clearly states that when the door was hooked back up, the WIRES in the door were not put back in place. I called Joe Hudson to tell them what happened and they said they would reimburse for cost I paid dealership to hook wires back up to the door (over $200). I have called every single week and gone in numerous times to see why I still haven't been reimbursed. They refuse to reimburse me now that I have paid the dealership to fix their mistake and keep saying they are going to reimburse me and are "waiting for corporate to send the check." I had this done in January and it is almost April now so it is clear they are just blatantly lying. They have ruined their reputation with me. We will never bring another vehicle there again and I have informed my insurance agent as well so they can steer potential customers away from here. If this is how loyal repeat customers get treated, I can't imagine how other people get treated. Never again Joe Hudson. Will be posting this review on all local pages as well. Update: I have sent the form as requested many weeks ago and surprise surprise crickets so miss me with the we can't find you in the system bs. You couldn't find the reply button to my email either.

    It took over two weeks longer than the timeline shared with us in the beginning. The communication on the delays was last minute and gave us no information on the issues. Customer service is subpar
