They told me they couldn’t patch it after I plugged it. And to top it off, the tires I bought from them were one of the first and top rated, they don’t carry and have to order. If it were up to Firestone I would’ve stranded and SOL on my son’s birthday. All that being said, Mavis is awesome! They did everything they could for me immediately and had me back on the road in no time!!!

I came to have one of my tires checked out and I was treated with kindness and respect. The gentleman who was working in the front, Josh, was a really neat guy and our conversation easily transitioned from tires to what we were each cooking for dinner that night, which made my day. The technician patched up my tire quickly and they even comped the service to make my day a little easier which I so appreciate. Every little bit helps. These guys made my day a little brighter just by doing their jobs with a smile and I will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this Mavis location and, in addition to tire help or car maintenance, if you need cooking advice or help figuring out what's for dinner, Josh is your guy!!
