The worker also claimed that he tried to look for a coupon in his computer system and claimed he couldn't find one. Upon return to my home, I found a coupon for $20 off an oil change that was still valid. When I returned to the business later on in the day, the manager stuck up for the worker, claimed he could find no evidence of a coupon in the system, refused to use mine, and denied that I'd been given a much more expensive oil. My total cost came to around $100. Let the buyer beware. Unnecessary auto repairs and procedures are unfortunately the name of the game here.
