The man hounded me again and again about my filters needing to be changed and I said no multiple times and he wouldn’t quit. Finally he comes back and says he will give me a coupon for the filters for 17$ if I get it done today and I just got tired of him and said fine. After he finished the service he rings me up for 100$! And when I asked why he smirked and said I can only use one coupon at time. I will never come back here again this is a prime example of customer abuse and straight up robbery. I was too anxious to say anything more so I paid it and left. Update: I received a call from the manager of the shop and they were very apologetic and explained that the mechanic that took care of my car was new and still learning the way they did things there. They made sure to make things right and offered to refund the air filter. I am very happy with the way the manager dealt with the issue.
