  Came in for an oil change and squeaking coming from my steering wheel/suspension. I had the kids with me and wasn’t able to leave the car for diagnostics, but Marvin and the mgr looked at the issue for me in real time and was able to make a quick fix that saved me so much time and probably money!!!! Amazing service- hard to find people who go the extra mile today but they did.

  I bring my daily, my wife's daily, and my classic 80's car here for both oil changes and mechanical, brake, etc. work I can't do. They always take good care of me and are excellent with communication. They call with updates on repairs and are transparent with parts and labor costs. They have master mechanics and there is actually a lot they're able to do. Highly recommend this location.

  I brought my vehicle in for diagnostics and repair, and Marlon B. was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He maintained a positive attitude and never made me feel like an inconvenience, which is unfortunately common at many repair shops. Marlon went above and beyond to get my vehicle scheduled for repair and consistently followed up with phone calls to keep me informed of the status. He was also very thorough in explaining the inspection process, how the issue was identified, and exactly what was needed to resolve it. Since my vehicle is a company vehicle requiring authorization for repairs, he clearly explained that while they were willing to wait for approval, there was a cutoff time for ordering parts. This transparency allowed me to secure the necessary approval in time, ensuring my vehicle was repaired and returned to me the same day. Overall, it was a great experience. Marlon delivers first-class customer service and is a true asset to Express Oil.

  I have taken vehicles back multiple times for things that they were suppossed to fix and we paid for and is still not fixed. The management team is awful there. They believe everything is your fault not theres and ita like pullimg teeth to get them to fix it after you have already paid for it to be fixed. They told us they had our parts in and then called a couple hours later and said they dont have them in and would be multiple days before they could get them. They screamed and hollered at us saying we didmt understand how the business works , when we do understand how it works. They would keep interupting while we were talking and trying to explain and say we didnt know what we were talking about. Dont!!!! Take your vehicles here!! You will regret it!!!! We have spent alot of money there for them to treat us this way. Amd its not right. It looks bad on them as a company as well!!

  Thought I'd take my new-to-me Lincoln to Long-Lewis Lincoln on John Hawkins to get oil changed. Surprised that the Lincoln side has no service department!! Open at least a year and still not fully open. So went to the Ford side service department. Saw the QuickLane, no idea what it was for and was backed up, so pulled into the Service area. A young lady informed me that the QuickLane was for oil changes, showed me where the office was and said she would move my car for me while I registered. All good. Walked into the office and 2 customers were sitting in chairs, no office personnel in sight. I waited 20 minutes while various people came and went, no one acknowledged my presence. But I noticed a Services price comparison on the wall and Express Oil The Grove was same price!! After 20 minutes and no Quick Lane movement, I left and drove 2 mile to Express. Hayden greeted me almost immediately, my Lincolns oil was quickly changed and I was on my way!
