- JWJohn Woods4 days ago5.0I cannot recommend the team at Express Oil Change highly enough, especially Service Manager Kenny and along with his mechanic Devyn. After my daughter's SUV broke down and was towed to this location late on a Saturday afternoon, Kenny immediately assessed the situation. The required part was proving incredibly difficult to find locally in the immediate area, but Kenny went above and beyond: he tracked the part down, drove to pick it up, and then he and Devyn installed the new components. They thoroughly tested the engine and radiator performance, and Kenny personally completed a road test to ensure the repair was perfect. But the excellent service didn't stop there—Kenny even drove my daughter's SUV a few blocks back to her workplace for her. This is true commitment to customer service and quality repair. If you need reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful automotive service, look no further than Kenny and his staff. They will have you In and Out... they take care of their customers!
