Otto was super careful with my vehicle even taking time to make sure my cheapo sunglasses that fell out when he opened my overstuffed glovebox weren’t damaged. He made a point to explain why and how he was doing everything and made me feel like he was taking care of his mom’s car. I don’t normally go to that location, but I’ll plan on switching if that’s how everyone treats cars.

I called in a panic about my alternator and Mr. Kenny told me to come by so he could put his eyes on it. I dropped it off late Wednesday and it was ready the next day…even more impressive because they closed early on Thursday (Christmas Eve). Words can’t begin to express my gratitude to Mr. Kenny who has been at this location for 36 years. 10/10 highly recommended!
