- DGDestiny Grey1 day ago1.0I went to this location for a bad oil leak we spent $500 to get my car fixed and they didn’t fix it these people are a scam !!!! I had to take my car back 4 times and each time they kept saying something different. At first they said it was my gasket covers which they claimed to have fixed the next time they said my dipstick needed to be replaced and that they would have to take apart my entire motor to do so they continued to spray something on my car to hide the leak temporarily whole time it was my vtec solenoid which I had to find out for myself a 25 year old female and I had to figure out what was wrong for myself this location is horrible they will try to drain money from you over and over because guess what if they replaced all my gasket covers that mean my vtec solenoid would’ve been replaced as well and you guys are lucky I didn’t come back and embarrass you guys and ask for my money back

Daniel checked my tire pressure and inflated my tires back to the correct pressure. He was professional and courteous!!!! I highly recommend Express Oil Change #108, Highway 31, in Hoover!!!!!!!!!

He did advise and offer replacements, but he wasn’t pushy for me to obtain the services after I declined. Overall pleasant experience.
