  I’ve been coming to this location for years. Very easy. Marshall was very professional. I normally just have an oil change, but I have had a couple of repairs done over the years. Never had a bad experience here.

  Very helpful, and helped me with a tire issue that they did not cause. Bad tires and service from Mavis, and they fixed my problem. James was helpful and informative.

  I will only have my car serviced here. They are professional, helpful and go the extra mile. For example I needed a new air filter today and he found one in the price range I wanted. There is never pressure to upgrade like a lot of garages.

  On may 31st 2025, I came here to get a simple oil change. The mechanic (who happens to be the manager) used a vacuum pump to extract my old oil through the tube where the dipstick normally is. The vacuum hose became stuck so he used hose clamps to rip it out, and part of the vacuum hose broke off into the tube where the dipstick normally is. He then proceeded to jam the dipstick back into hole over and over until it was able to sit flush like normal. I asked him what he was doing and where the piece of vacuum was that was clearly missing from the end of the now broken vacuum hose. He said it 'definitely' wasn't still in my car, had a mechanic walk over, point a flashlight into the hole and the mechanic said he couldn't see anything in there. This car already had problems and I got rid of the car a couple weeks later. I purchased another car and went to a different location to get the oil changed on November 11th 2025 with no issues. I foolishly decided to use this location again today, February 13th 2026, to get an oil change because it is the closest location to me and I assumed the vacuum hose thing was a freak accident. Today during my oil change the mechanic under the bay said "im scared to take this oil filter housing off, I tried already and now its cracked." A more experienced mechanic then told him to stop what he was doing and wait until a new oil filter housing was delivered before trying again to take it off. I asked what was happening and they told me it was the other locations fault for not tubing the housing when they put it on. The oil change took about 40 minutes because we had to wait for the autoparts store to bring the part. I was then charged slightly more money than at the different location so I asked the mechanic who charged me to explain the charges. He went and got his manager (the same manager who broke the vacuum hose in my last car) to come talk to me. I told the manager "hey do you remember me? You broke the vacuum in my car last time" and he said he did remember me. He then told me the charges were always going to be this high, and these charges "were how they always have been" since hes worked there. I was upset the last experience and am of course upset from today's experience, but I did not argue or make any kind of scene, I have instead decided I will simply never come to this location ever again and am sharing these experiences here for everyone to be wary of.
