It's currently February 26th and I still don't have the truck back, and they're telling me it won't be ready until March 18th. They're holding on to my truck so that I'll have to keep renting from them week to week. Absolute scammers. Stay far away.

There were a couple hiccups, my reserved truck wasn’t there when I arrived so I had to come back, and even then the size I requested wasn’t available. They gave me a bigger truck at no extra cost, which was a little out of my comfort zone, but the staff was honest, apologetic, and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Right when I started driving off, the weather got really bad. They let me bring the truck back and easily adjusted my rental dates with no fuss. At drop-off there was a little confusion with the keys, but they figured it out quickly. Even with the mix-ups, the workers were super kind, patient, and really tried to make everything right. I’d rent from here again.
