    Rented a truck here earlier in the year and overall had a good experience. There were a couple hiccups, my reserved truck wasn’t there when I arrived so I had to come back, and even then the size I requested wasn’t available. They gave me a bigger truck at no extra cost, which was a little out of my comfort zone, but the staff was honest, apologetic, and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Right when I started driving off, the weather got really bad. They let me bring the truck back and easily adjusted my rental dates with no fuss. At drop-off there was a little confusion with the keys, but they figured it out quickly. Even with the mix-ups, the workers were super kind, patient, and really tried to make everything right. I’d rent from here again.

    We reserved truck way ahead of time so we would have a truck to move furniture. Arrived at appointed time . NO TRUCKS at the site. They told us “since you reserved ahead of time thought you probably changed your mind!!!” They also told us they had tried to call that day. There is NO record of any call. They gave our truck away. They then told us we could drive 20 min to get a truck at homedepot and they would give us a discount. We had no choice but to drive. As we got to our car realized the “ discount” was more than our original rate! We had to go back again to show them. It s very frustrating to plan ahead and have a company ignore your reservation.
