There were a couple hiccups, my reserved truck wasn’t there when I arrived so I had to come back, and even then the size I requested wasn’t available. They gave me a bigger truck at no extra cost, which was a little out of my comfort zone, but the staff was honest, apologetic, and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Right when I started driving off, the weather got really bad. They let me bring the truck back and easily adjusted my rental dates with no fuss. At drop-off there was a little confusion with the keys, but they figured it out quickly. Even with the mix-ups, the workers were super kind, patient, and really tried to make everything right. I’d rent from here again.
