  Couldn’t get it to start. Wasted 10–15 minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Had to call customer service, only to find out the cable might not even work. The cable is extremely heavy and very difficult to plug in.

  Need more chargers at the location. There is only 1 EVGo in Alabama. The others in the state are associated with EVgo and are not associated with the car benefit program I had when I purchased my car. Thus I have to pay in full at the other charging stations when I travel out of Birmingham. Here There are 4 super chargers but many times 2 are not working. Sometimes the inoperable chargers are not listed in the app so there is a communication issue with the app. Today was an exception in that all chargers were in operation and stations full - thus the 3 stars! Luckily I did not have to wait like I usually do! Recommend Checking the app prior to coming to see what’s charges are available. I’d also recommend that the working chargers light up green and the inoperable chargers light up red so as to prevent having to hook up and wait for a sync only to find out it doesn’t work! Then you have to report the issue in the app and wait several weeks/months for them to get it fixed.

  I've charged by Chevy Bolt here multiple times, but not today. Lots of out of service chargers.

  Plug in and walk away. This is how it should be. Non-discounted prices are steep, but discounted prices beat most other charging station rates.
