  I came in to warranty my Duralast Gold brake pads, and the warranty was still active. I gave the manager my phone number so she could pull up the warranty, and she verified the part numbers matched my truck’s year and model. I also brought in my old pads to confirm they were the same. Keep in mind, it’s about a 30-minute drive for me to get to the store. Despite everything matching, she refused to honor the warranty because the backing plate where the caliper presses had tabs in different spots. Even though the part number was the same and verified by year and model, she claimed they weren’t Duralast Gold pads and wouldn’t let me exchange them. I then went to the Bessemer location at 1331 9th Ave N and had them swapped out with no issues. They followed the same process, confirmed the part numbers matched, and I was out the door with new pads. What should’ve been a quick swap turned into almost a two-hour trip over brake pads. If I need anything in the future, the Bessemer location is where I’ll be going. The Helena location definitely needs better training.

  I want to get some wiper blades and they cracked my windshield. They refused to pay for the damages.

  Went in to get in some wiper blade’s ,and they asked me if my truck was 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive.

  Came in yesterday for a couple cleaning products. Staff was friendly and helpful! Glad we have one in Helena now.
