My salesman, Rocky, went above and beyond in every way. The deal he put together for me was so good that I had a friend fly me from St. Pete, Florida to the Anniston airport in a small plane just so I could pick up the truck in person. When I arrived, Rocky had all the paperwork ready and waiting, and my new truck was sitting out front spotless and fully prepped. The entire process was fast, smooth, and incredibly professional. What really impressed me was the atmosphere at the dealership. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely friendly, and even the owner, Matt Miles, took the time to stop by and personally ensure the truck was exactly what I wanted. That kind of service is rare these days. If you’re considering a new truck, especially a Super Duty, I can’t recommend Buster Miles Ford highly enough. Fantastic dealership, fantastic people, and an all-around first-class experience.
