The store in Meridianville was a 2 hr wait so we drove to Hazel Green store. Glad we did. The wait was very short and assistant manager, Shannon was amazing. She got her crew right on it! She engaged in friendly conversation as well. Very delightful gal.

And they basically said Well bring it back and they will fix it. I also stated, I tipped the guy and I just wanted to make it clear to double-check their work. And the sales rep, got all butt hurt saying I didn't tip him and that chevy traverses are known for that. Moral of the story QUIT DOING BAD FREAKING BUSINESS!!! Take accountability for your mistakes and make it right...
