- JTJoey Templeton3 days ago5.0First I want to say I went to Fayetteville they didn’t have Mobile One Oil they Tod me to go and get your own I did I came back 30 mins before closing and the Manager told me they shut there computers down and they said they told me to come back Monday and I live 4 hours away so they suggested I go to Mavis in Hazel Green and they wouldn’t do it and I pulled over next and there was Express Oil Change I was greeted by Jaquaveous told him my situation then he proceeded to get Jackie and without hesitation they changed my oil and it was 5 on the dot when I tell I was in and out within 15 minutes Mr Doug and Willie and the whole work together accomplish my problem and it was resolved I’m a happy customer I will drive back here just for my next oil change I’m big on loyalty I pray that Corporate will acknowledge them for going the extra mile it means a lot Thank You Again Hazel Green Express Oil Change
