Paid for the best exterior wash offered and tipped more than 20%. They ask you to tip before going through. Wash didn’t even get the pollen off the front bumper. There were two gals that just waved us in and then watched us go through. We asked if there was any way we could go through a 2nd time and possibly trouble the girls to use the brush on the front to maybe knock SOME of the bugs and pollen off. We were told they are NOT ALLOWED to use the brush. Alrighty, so we went through again and AGAIN nothing came off. Basically we tipped for them to push a button, paid $40 and then ended up coming home to wash it ourselves. I understand these are for maintenance and not a deep detail. This truck rarely gets driven and is not used for work, commutes nor do we live in the country. It stays parked in the driveway so we aren’t talking about a dirty vehicle. We just wanted the pollen rinsed off and the few bugs on the grill removed. Guess it was our mistake to think this could give our truck a good rinsing off…If I knew how to load a photo to this thing I definitely would.
