  Store did not have the tires in stock that I ordered online even though online stated they would be there. Since I was already there I decided to go with what they had in stock. Which was an inferior tire according to reviews. I told the person checking me out that I'm a veteran so I could get the 10% discount. He said he applied the discount and the discount only applied to the tires. The website says the discount applies to all products and services. After looking at the bill I noticed the 10% wasn't fully applied. The tires were $891 and the invoice only showed a $69 dollar discount. Also had a 99 dollar charge for balancing that the discount wasn't applied to. I went back to the store and they couldn't do anything without calling corporate since they had already charged my card. They did end up fixing it all, but was a hassle. Overall experience I would not recommend Review is based on service and not the actual tires.

  All I can say is wow, this place has helped us so much when it comes to my vehicles. Daniel the manager is a stand up guy and will help you with everything he can get his hands on we appreciate this company and we will be back!

  Stay away. The manager and I had a disagreement about my tires. They worked on and replaced the front brakes. Now I have a front end shake when driving and stopping. I just wanted them to check the balance on the tires. They refused stating dot says nothing over 5 years can be serviced.a completely incorrect statement. I told him he was trying to BS out of a new set of tires. I called his corporate and they backed him up. No customer satisfaction at all. I am at tire discounters now. The mechanic there over tightened the lugs causing the entire problem. All I wanted was the balance checked. The manager even lied to the regional manager about what was said to make him look better. I know without a doubt my family and the fellow veterans I know will never step foot on there property again. Total and complete lack of integrity!!!!!
