After purchasing the car, I took it to a mechanic for general maintenance and was told that all tires would be need to be replaced. One tire is at a 0” tread depth (the mechanic showed me in detail and it was clear to me that his statement was true). For context, this mechanic does not do tires and therefore has no financial benefit in recommending new tires. I have no idea how this was missed since this chain literally has “Tires” in the name. At the end of the day, I only blame myself for trusting a “professional” for something that I could/should have verified myself. I would not recommend this location due to my experience. How can a tire store not recognize when a tire desperately needs to be replaced?

They kept me updated the entire time my repair was being done with pics and messages. When my alignment would not hold (because of a possible ball joint failure) they let me know once I do the repairs they will make it right with me. Now that is outstanding and I do not plan to take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
- SSScottNov 8, 20255.0Fantastic service doesn’t begin to describe these guys. I’ve had one tire patched that was done immediately and very quickly. Just a month later I had another, but it had three nails in one tire (somehow?!) and technically could have been patched for about $100, but recommended that I get another tire for my own safety but they didnt have one that worked on my car. After I was able to find a used tire to match my others, they then went above and beyond with the service to install it, costing themselves quite a bit of money, but definitely gaining a continued customer: I would recommend these guys any time anyone needs tire service. Knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and every other adjective that you can think of!
