- JMJ-NUTT MEDIANov 26, 20255.0Just had a great experience at AutoZone once again. James Duke is one of the employees there that helped me in a time of need. I rolled into the parking lot and had a flat tire and didn't realize it and he came out and told me to move the car back a little bit to check for a nail. We did not find a nail or anything causing a leak so he went and sprayed some cleaner around the stem and found it was bubbling. He ended up fixing the core of the valve stem that was causing the leak and then pulled his personal air pump out of his truck and continue to put air in the tire. He checked the rest of my tires and they were all low. He proceeded to put air in all of them also. I was about to go to the Walmart behind the AutoZone and buy a new tire if they could not figure out what was wrong with it. James saved the day. Got me back on the road no money out of pocket. Thanks AutoZone for the great customer service I needed it because I was having a terrible day.

- TCToby CookAug 21, 20255.0My Dad was at Tractor Supply shopping. When he started home his truck wouldn’t start. Nathan a Auto Zone employee on his lunch hour. Took time to stop and offer his assistance. The battery was bad and the hot cable end was broken. Nathan got a battery and cable end and fixed everything. Got my Dad back on the road. Not often do people take the time to help people when they are in a store looking for a part or what ever. Nathan took time from his lunch break to help a elderly person. Thanks Nathan! I’ll make sure if I ever need any auto related items to drive to Hamilton AL !!!!
