  Have kept different boats here on and off over the last 8 plus years. Always had a positive experience and been served well by the friendly staff. Even helped me with minor repairs on the spot when I needed it. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Guntersville.

  Had an amazing time with the boat rental! I would go back to Val Monte in a heart beat and rent again. Everything was so seamless. The boat was ready when we arrived they helped us get out of the marina. When it was time to get back they helped up with docking the boat as well. We unloaded our items and were able to leave for the day! It was hassle free

  Our family recently rented a pontoon. It was the easiest rental and return process. The boat was beautiful, clean, and full of fuel. All life saving equipment is supplied by the marina and they educate you on where everything is located. We had such a great time and will definitely be back! Rent from Val Monte, you will not be disappointed!

  I was a customer for 2 or more years. Today, I was told to leave. I complained about how dirty the place was and the customer service needed improvement. I had paid up for 6 months and I was given my money back. Since my boat wouldn’t start, I had to go get my trailer to get my boat. When I got back to get my boat it was gone. I was told that it had been towed to a dock behind Too of the River. There is no launch over there to retrieve my boat so I asked the manager if he would tow it back. He said I was no longer a customer and that is why he moved my boat. He asked me to leave his property or he would call the police. I left. I guess he was having a very bad day as I didn’t talk to him in a unfriendly manner or threatened him. I felt this was very childish of a grown man. Oh well! I guess the customer is never right these days. In fact, I helped get my friends to put there boats at Val Monte. No more. I will pay a little more where my business is appreciated.
