- AMAdam MorrisonDec 31, 20252.0Poor communication and lack of concern for my inconvenience. I reserved a compact car for same day pick up. My reservation was confirmed. I tried calling before my arrival to make sure they were open on New Year’s Eve, but nobody answered. I took a chance and drove 30 minutes to get there, luckily they see open. Unfortunately they did not have my car. They offered me an alternate, but at a higher rate. They didn’t care that I wasted over an hour round trip. They offered a non sincere apology, and would not rent me the alternate at the rate I reserved. To add insult to injury they suggested I visit one of their 2 other locations, who had the car I reserved , but one was an hour away, the other was an hour and a half away. I never received any call, text or email at least giving me a courtesy call to let me know they couldn’t fulfill my reservation. I’m not new to the rental experience. I rent a dozen or more cars per year for over 50 days total.

This is very misleading and should be stated and written in public view or at the COUNTER. I will never recommend this location nor this business. If there’s a regional manager, do reach out.
