  Had to replace the battery. It was not in an easy to reach position but Shane worked at it for over an hour to get them switched out without a single complaint and with a smile on his face the whole time and seemed truly happy to be able to help. Towards the end Yayir helped him with the same level of customer service. I’ll be back! Thanks guys!
