- JPJD PharrDec 17, 20255.0We had an awesome experience at this store. Our truck wouldn’t turn over so we replaced the battery. Hunter promptly replaced the battery and when that didn’t fix the issue he helped us check the fuses and relays. I called an uber and before they got here Hunter came out and told me he had called a mobile mechanic and he would arrive in about 5 mins. JP quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced our starter in the parking lot. We went from not running to on the road in about an hour start to finish. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend.

I had tried O'Reilly, walmart and they both referred me to the dealership were my battery was $400+!!. I wish I could remember the two auotzoners names. They were amazing. They saved me time AND money. Highly recommend 👌

I work next door at Publix and it was a customer in front of me he was being super nice too but when I was next in line it was “what can I get you” and then he ACCUSED me of not having a commercial account and he had to call and “verify” when that’s never happened to me before I felt very unwelcomed and I DON’T RECOMMEND and then he’s a manager AT THAT. They hire anyone these days very sad !!!!!!!! GO TO FOLEY !!!!!!!!!

There truly should be a shaded area for these employees who work so hard to help customers. Many employees were outside in the direct sunlight helping customers. Auto Zone should value those faithful employees more. ….and their customers, who are also dying in the heat. That would definitely set you apart from other auto parts locations
