  My wife and I were on our way to North Alabama to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary when our car suddenly went into preservation mode, limiting us to 60 miles per hour. Not exactly how we envisioned starting the trip. The closest Enterprise Rent-A-Car location without backtracking was in Greenville, so I quickly made a reservation through a representative. Only after booking did I realize the store closed at 5:00 p.m., and we were still more than an hour away —especially at reduced speed. I called the Greenville location with little hope we’d make it in time, worried our anniversary getaway might be over before it even began. That’s when Zeb stepped in. Zeb immediately brought a sense of calm and reassurance to the situation. He confirmed our reservation and asked for our estimated arrival time. We told him 5:15 and said we completely understood if he wasn’t able to stay past closing. Without hesitation, he told us to keep driving and that he would be there waiting whenever we arrived. Due to traffic and our limited speed, we didn’t pull in until around 5:25. True to his word, Zeb was there — friendly, patient, and ready to help. Although the only vehicle available was a van instead of the sedan we reserved, he ensured our original rate remained the same. Zeb’s customer service went far beyond simply providing a rental car. He turned what could have been a stressful and disappointing start to our anniversary into a seamless experience, allowing us to enjoy our trip completely worry-free. Employees like Zeb represent the very best of what customer service should be. We are incredibly grateful, and he deserves the highest recognition for going above and beyond.
