  I am writing to share my sincere gratitude and provide a massive shout-out to Brandy at your Greenville, AL store. On March 19, 2026, my alternator went out while I was driving to Florida with my young daughter for her spring break. We were stuck on the side of a busy highway for hours with 2.5 hours of driving still ahead of us. When I called the store, Brandy was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted me in ordering the necessary part online and even went above and beyond to find a mechanic who could install it for us. I am forever grateful to Brandy for helping get my child and me off that highway safely. Thank you to AutoZone for having such an amazing and awesome employee on your team. Please ensure she receives the recognition and appreciation she deserves for her exceptional service. Kudos to Brandy!

  I want to send a huge shout out to “Brandy” at the Greenville, AL site. Brandy’s was knowledgeable about headlight replacement bulbs and helped my Sister pick the right ones for her car. She even went out of her way to help with replacing the bulbs right there in the parking lot in the rain. My Sister and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did to help us last night. She is truly a great asset to that establishment and she deserves a raise and a promotion. Thanks again Brandy for all your help!!! You deserve 10 stars!!!⭐️ Stop by and ask for Brandy 🙌

  They go above and beyond to service you. I called to ordered a part and they let me know it would be in the next day. When I came the truck didn’t arrive at its normal time but they said they will call me when it come so I wouldn’t make unnecessary trips. This isn’t my first time where they have went above and beyond it’s been a few occasions where I was unsure and they came to see.

  Outstanding customer service but most importantly Zaych went out of his way to save me money in a way I didn’t know was possible. (If you buy 2 gold rotor you get gold pads for free) Zaych should be one of the location managers if he isn’t already.
