  When the going gets tough the tough gets going. A very old cliche, but this is the best way to describe Adarius Williams, and Gabe Poe. My morning didn't start so great, I came ny vehicle got deleted while I was getting ready to checkout and I had to be somewhere by a certain time. So as I waited and time kept passing by they didn't have extra cars, but they were so determined to get me in something so I could make it to my meeting and that's what they did. They defied all the problems that kept occurring just to take care of me. I want to say thank for the hard work and dedication to customer service. You guys are the best and no one can top that. My name is Triston Hardy and again I say thank you.

  After being lied to by Enterprise Trussville who told us NO trucks were available until April 11th we called Enterprise at Gardendale to see if this was true. The lady was very nice and promised us that the Regional Manager would find us a truck and call us back and gave us a quote. We ell it’s the next day and we got no call. I guess she was trying to make it believable by saying the Regional manager would call us. Well Zero stars to the Regional manager as well whoever that may be. The next review will be for the Enterprise Truck Rental off of Oxmoor for how they handle the return of an 18 foot long Box Truck that they rented to my 65.year old husband for me and my 2 58 year old best friends to pick up furniture and move these smalls???

  The oil change warning light was on the entire time I had the vehicle, and the washer fluid was completely empty. I also had to stop and get coolant because the vehicle was low. When I contacted customer service, I was told to drive to Pep Boys to get coolant for the car. I had to use my own gas and drive approximately 30 minutes to get the coolant. In addition, the customer service experience was extremely poor. I was placed on hold for over an hour, and when I called back multiple times, no one answered. I did take screenshots showing the length of time I was on hold. Overall, this experience was very frustrating and unacceptable. The vehicle should have been properly serviced before being provided, and the lack of customer support made the situation even worse. This was a very disappointing experience.
