- DODiana Owens1 day ago1.0I went here for a routine oil change during my lunch at work. The guy told we my belt tensioner was going bad. I got out to look because that’s such an odd thing to go on a car without something else going with it. There was some squeaking but the tensioner itself wasn’t moving. He then proceeded to tell me it would be 20 dollars to diagnose it. Which I thought was weird because he just told me what it was. He said even know he told me that i still had to pay 20 dollars. That didn’t come off the repair price either. I took it to my local shop and the noise was just from a squeaky belt. Not the tensioner. Not going back to get an oil change from here. 😂
