  I rented when jojo was there and she kept it smooth. I got a car recently since the new people and the guy was nice and accommodating. Today I went to get there and sat there for over 30 min. They were busy but the problem I had is the girl who came back from maybe hunch or being away, she took forever to help anyone and when she did she skipped me to take all of the bring backs. Which they had all just walked in toward the end and another guy had just skipped over me to return 3 other. The lady kept looking at me with a smirk while she went to the restroom for a while and then went to the back to take calls that she was putting on hold. I had somewhere to be so I ended up leaving and driving my broken down car with a donut to the places I needed to be. I wish I could have waited because I really needed a car but I felt constantly skipped over and I ran out of time.

  We had to rent a car for my son. They helped us the same night. Both people that help us were very nice. Would definitely recommend using them

  Was having issues reading my credit card at their terminal inside the store. The terminal only reads chip cards. The chip on my card is worn so it would not read correctly. However, they DO NOT allow card swipe, NOR tap-to-pay (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc), NOR do they manually type in the card number. They also DO NOT take cash. Fortunately I had a debit card with a readable chip. However this is a last resort because I do not have much money in my checking account and now I’m left shuffling funds around to accommodate the $150 fee. The fact they only take chip cards is substandard IMO. This is 2025. There should be more than one payment option/method at any reputable business.

  Blake was amazing at the Gardendale AL location!! Sometimes renting a car isn’t a fun weekend out of town. Sometimes renting a car is the last thing you want to do, if you are like I was. I was in a car accident that wasn’t t my fault and it turned my world upside down. And I was dealing with stresses everyday, but Blake made sure that renting a car wasn’t one of them. He was there for me from the very beginning. He was genuine and kind. If renting car is for fun or not, go see Blake. He will take care of you!! Addendum: it took seven weeks to finally be notified my car was totaled by insurance. Blake was transferred to another location, so sweet Adrian took over and took such great care of me. She already knew what I had been going through and was so empathetic and caring. She was always looking out for me anyway she could. All I had to do was ask. And then there were times where she just called to check on ME! There are not many people like her in this world. I wish there were. When I finally turned in my rental car, I believe I hugged her twice. She is so precious, I felt like family and I could not be any happier with my experience. Thank you Adrian!! ❤️
