  I normally have a great experience with Enterprise, but this time I received a car that rode rough, smelled like cigarettes, and had a crack in the grill. I didn’t really care about the crack, but the rep ensured me it was documented. Upon return, they had to dig to find evidence that crack was there before I had the car. Thankfully I had my own time stamped photos to help.

  Friendly is not the words I'd use to describe this staff. Friendly is for people that smile, and exhibit customer service skills like greetings. They're more like drones. They are operating to move you along and that's it. If all you want is whatever car you can get, this location is for you. If you want to specify a vehicle type, don't bother. Over a week in advance I set a reservation and told them what I wanted. Day i arrive i end up in a POS because its all they have. Half their vehicles have issues or aren't clean. I definitely wouldn't use this location again.

  We placed a reservation for 12PM not knowing they closed at 12PM. They should have never accepted or placed 12PM as a pick up time if they are not opened at that time.

  Tried renting a car, as I have many times before, but now, they're demanding the phone number of someone else. Nope, my business isn't anyone else's business and it sure as hell isn't yours. Won't ever go back, using local company now and it's 1000x's better.
