- SKShawn KilgroAug 18, 20251.0I have had several poor experiences at this location. Always the same lady who is rude and brags about how much money she makes. This particular occasion my 23 year old son went into the store to buy me some fireball shots for a sore throat. His license had been expired for three days and she would not sell. No problem I go in to get it myself even though I am not feeling well, and she screams at me, are you buying for your son. She is rude, unprofessional and tries to be a cop. I understand she has a job to do but it’s not to be an investigator or especially be rude to customers. Now my business will go somewhere else. I normally do not write bad reviews but this is not the first time she has been rude and I do not go into a store to have the clerk try and upset me. Another time she asked me for my license 4 times before I could get my wallet out of my pocket. I am 51 no problem showing them but I’m not exaggerating 4 times I said I’m trying to get them out after the second. Other than that the store is a good location for me and I give them a lot of business. I can’t even remember her name but she is around 40 always in a bad mood but she makes 45,000 a year. Terrible customer service. Period
