  Mason was very helpful with everything and he made sure to show me what was wrong with the brakes and how they looked. They were also fast and efficient.

  Best experience ever! The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They made sure I fully understood what was going on with my tires and explained everything clearly without pressuring me into anything unnecessary. What really stood out to me was how personable they are — they even remembered my mother-in-law and asked how she was still liking her car! That level of customer care means so much. They’ve taken great care of both of us. This was my second visit, and they just keep getting better. The first time, I wasn’t even at the store — I was across the drive having car trouble — and three team members came over to help without even being asked. That kind of service is rare these days. I absolutely love this Mavis Tire location and won’t go anywhere else again! They care for the community with only being here for such a short time!

  So I stopped in for an oil change at this location . The service was completed quickly and I'm satisfied with the overall experience. I highly recommend coming in to the environment of professionalism quality service.
