Then I was told that they no longer honor the lifetime repairs that was a part of my orginal purchase. So I paid to correct their mistake. Not a good service experience.
- SSSKNov 20, 20251.0Arrived at the store at my 9:30 am appointment. Store was completely empty until 9:50. Rotated 4 tires and didn’t finish until 11:10. Very few customer in the store. Then the tires pressure on 40, 35, 30 and 35. These rating should be 30, 32. I don’t think they can read. Also, they lost my custome valve cap. No one seems to care very much about service and doing things correctly, even the manager. I went back but they still did not correct the problem.
