  good experience and nice staff, Jacob did well servicing my car. I brought my own oil and filter and was still 45 dollars, kinda pricey..

  Absolutely horrible experience! I've used this business and location for years. I seem to see different "techs" every visit and should've known better. I went in for a standard oil change to be told I have a seemingly worse problem and that they could not do the oil change due to the issue. Supposedly an oil cooler leak and they wouldn't be able to do it but could replace for $1200, due to corporate policy, understandable. They then offer an $80 inspection to be told they couldn't do the oil change even after that. I check my oil for several days(I drive 80 miles to work with no change and no leaks) then schedule with the local dealership to find out it's a minor transmission leak, $400 fix and $95 oil change. Absolute scam and disappointment.

  You guys must work on commission, or a bonus system. You don’t seem to like when a customer brings in their own products. Came in to 206 George Wallace Dr. for full service on my 7.3 superduty. Brought with me the Rotella oil, motorcraft oil filter, Motorcraft air filter, oil additive and a Motorcraft fuel filter. Couldn’t get precise quote of what my charges were. I was told an oil change alone was “about $50” which translates to $63.99. Which is no problem, but asking means give the customer the exact amount. I was told labor for putting in a new fuel filter is $70 (which also translates to $79.99 when you are charged. My fuel filter didn’t have the correct plastic top, I was told they could go get one from the part store next door for $70 more dollars (which likely translates to much more) and I declined as I purchase my truck own parts to retain a warranty. I was still charged the $79.99 for they unscrewing the fuel filter and screwing the old on right back on. You guys must work on commission or something, as your website claims work with INTEGRITY. I was robbed of $80 and contrary to the not on my emailed receipt (you no longer receive an itemized invoice at time of service for your records, they will only email them. So your charges and their notes are hidden till you check your email) I was NOT made aware of the $80 charge for the unscrewing fuel filter service till AFTER my debit card was in HIS hand and my $63 service was $133.97 just to change my oil. This means of doing business is sneaky, misleading and the complete opposite of INTEGRITY. I stopped using this company many years ago due to my fuel filter being removed during a service check and put back on without my knowledge (was there for an oil change only at that time) and my fuel poured out of my truck and had to call assistance to pay for that issue on my dime. I never reported this. This time, it’s important for customers to be made aware of the deceptive tactics this company practices and how INTEGRITY is not apart of that equation. I should NOT have been charged $80 for them to LOOK at my fuel filter. I would have simply brought a filter back in and paid for the service, but while my debit card was in his hand he said I would be again charged another $80 to do that. This information should have been disclosed BEFOREHAND, and seeing as how it was slipped into a note on the emailed invoice at time of check out - and never mentioned in person till I questioned what I was being charged for regardless of any actual service rendered, the public needs to be made aware. I should never have been charged $80 just to look at my fuel filter.
