After a few minutes of panicking because I didn’t know what to do, I was relieved when Ruben came to my rescue. Without hesitation, he helped me with my car. As my nerves calmed down, he managed to get my car started, but it had a weak battery. I want to express my deepest gratitude for his help. Ruben was a lifesaver!

Today I tried again, had an appointment, was going on my break at work. I got in a lane behind one car in the bay. I waited nearly 40 minutes as I was watching the other two bays move along. I got out and asked, "am I in the wrong line?" Two guys were on one Fiat and no where near done yet. I left, I'm sorry, that is the last time I will ever attempt to go here. I lost my break at work, and again NO oil change. They have frustrated me for the very last time.

Upon doing the oil change, they observed there seem to be an oil leak, they gave me a print out with the services that would be needed in order for that to be repaired and a breakdown of parts and labor. I kept remembering things that I had concerns about, they were very quick to address them, they put my mind at ease. I feel very confident driving my children around after having them performs the oil change and do the maintenance checks. Highly recommend!
