  My experience was very satisfying and Amanda did an exceptional job with keeping me informed about the insurance companies updates on return dates. She, as well as everyone else that I had interactions with were always pleasant and friendly. I have never had a rental car before, but I will definitely use Enterprise in the future. Thanks to the entire staff for treating me with professionalism and making me feel cared for. 🩷

  Dru was so so sweet! He got me in and out of there, and made sure I had a great car to drive around in for me and my baby! If you go there, ask for him! He was super polite, and patient! He goes above and beyond!!! He needs a raise! I WOULD GIVE HIM 10 STARS!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PLEASE TAKE PICS OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PULL OFF OF THAT LOT SO THEY CAN SEE THE TIME STAMP! They sent me a claim report saying the vehicle was sent in to damages, and loss! I was so scared because the man I took it to at the Pelham location did not do a walk around with me, and the vehicle was in better shape than before I even got it! They sent me my return back for the money they held for collateral. So if I damaged it, they wouldn’t have sent me anything back! There was “hail damage” on the paper that I received the day I got the vehicle. So, I filed a dispute immediately!!! They dropped the claim. Idk if they were trying to scam me or what because there’s no telling how many people that was gotten over on! Especially the elderly!

  Don’t expect great service at this location. Had an issue with the bill and manager will not return the phone call. Will not be using this location for future car reservations
