I rent 26 days a month and in comparison to the other companies that I won't mention, I will continue with Enterprise for these reasons and that they treat me like a friend and not like some customer.

I didnt feel welcome by any of them and hope to never rent from this place. Avis and city wide do 100% better than this location.

There are other nearby Enterprise locations that have done the same thing with no warning, so be sure to call around before you rent.

Great service on turnback when we returned, beyond expectation. I wish they allowed overnight parking, for more convenience. And I wish there was a quick user guide for new-car drivers like us. Just a card that says what the lights mean, how to open gas cover, etc. We ended up Googling and looking through webpages trying to find it. Since no manual in glovebox, a card with a few things would be helpful.

I used to travel with them all the time when I was younger, but I’ve got my vehicles as my vehicles get a little older. I wanted to make a trip they made it so easy on me Chris and Anna at the Rainbow city. Alabama Rent-A-Center made the process so quick and easy for me. The vehicle was amazing great great gas, mileage . I felt so in love with it. I asked him if I could buy it lol anyways they actually hooked me up with a sales person because they do sell their vehicle vehicles after certain period of time well maintained and taken care of, but my overall experience was absolutely awesome and I will be returning thanks to Chris and Anna.
