I ask the employee to look up a warranty part I had on shock absorbers the gray haird Manger David ???? Would not tell me his last name was standing there while we discussed it. The shocks in question were no longer a stock item but assured me they could swap it out with a comparable shock . So Sunday July 6 th I take my shocks off and take them to 3rd Street and ask to swap them.So the employee goes and gets the comparable shock a brings it out to the counter. He is not sure how to do the exchange so he calls for the manager David which comes up to the counter and proceeds to tell me that since they were different brands that I would have to come back when Travis is there because he don't know how to do the exchange.At that point I was mad and slammed the part on the counter which he accused me of throwing at him which is a lie and told me to never come back I his store again. I have over 30 pages of warranty items to put it in perspective and never had a issue with anyone in that store. I then went to rainbow City and was in and out with my warranty parts in 10mins. My observation is that he is incompetent and should not be in that position.Ido want to say cudos to the lady managing the Rainbow City branch in Alabama.
