    To be completely honest, I only put one star because I couldn’t pick ZERO stars. I arrived at this Autozone on 2 separate occasions. The first time I arrived I was helped by a manager who I explained that my father had just passed and I knew nothing about LEDs for my Dad’s truck. He took one look and said he couldn’t help me because they were aftermarket and I can understand that but I just needed to know the bulb number so that I could purchase the bulbs but he insisted it wasn’t a bulb problem. I had a mechanic look at my truck and was assured it wasn’t a fuse or anything and that it was just my bulb and that I needed 9003. I arrived the second time to purchase the 9003 LEDs (that I knew nothing about still) and was “helped” by the same manager who refused to even look up the bulb number for my truck, unfortunately. I asked the difference between the two higher end costing LEDs and he was dry and didn’t provide any knowledge. I then walked with him to the desk to ask him one last question and I needed to know the bulb for my running lights (that weren’t aftermarket at all) and he refused to use his computer to look it up. Completely refused. I was clearly upset so I left without causing any confrontation and he laughed. I will never go to this location ever again. The second occasion happened February 20th at 6:00pm. The day after I went to the Rainbow City location and the manager Scott helped me to the fullest extent. He helped me find the right LED and ensured it was an exact match and even showed me a video on how easy it was to replace it myself and even explained the warranties on the different pricing of the higher end LEDs. I left the Rainbow City location happy and confident that my headlights would for sure work.

    I will NEVER be back to this Auto Zone and matter of fact if this is how they treat customers I will never go to another Auto Zone period. I am a widow and I needed a part for my vehicle. I go in and tell the sales guy what I needed and he never asked me if it was an Le or anything. He gets me the part I leave well when I'm having this part put on to find out they sold me the wrong one. I take it back and one guy is all defensive and tells me that there is no return once it's opened and shows me on the back in little bitty words and I inform him the guy never asked me if it was for an Le or touring or anything and his words are it's your vehicle you should know what you have.. He made me feel like shit. One y'all have the computer to look this up and once y'all see the difference ask the customer.. The guy was really unprofessional he made me feel like crap. Here it is because of their mistake and it's Christmas and I'm a single mom of two I'm now having to buy my product once again with no refund and was told I am to know my car info. Well y'all NEVER asked!! The young guy was in a hurry to get me out I feel like because they weren't busy and there was two females in there ( I think worked there) and listening to music. Never go back to 3rd Street Gadsden. O'Reilly's will be my store for now on and they would have taken the piece back!!
