Didn’t even speak when taking my payment and didn’t rinse my car before but did it with others before and after me because of pettiness with issues that have happened in the past that are obviously still personal. Tyler and Isaac are their names. Will never be back.

When I attempted to update my credit card on file, they created a secondary account on my behalf and didn’t close the first. I was being charged on both cards on different dates and didn’t realize this for months. I attempted to resolve this at the car wash, and was directed to email corporate’s customer support for assistance. It has been one full month since I’ve outreached their support (and received confirmation it was received) and have not received a reply. I have also tried following up by phone. The car wash’s phone number only goes to an agent who can submit a ticket for email follow up or request for call back. The claim they mark my request for outreach as urgent and I have yet to hear back. Essentially, customer support is nonexistent and Take 5 would rather pocket the money for an unused duplicate membership than do the right thing.
