  We broke down at 9pm and had the tow truck there by 9:35!! Friendly service top to bottom! Cannot recommend enough!!

  These people should be in jail or at the very least banned from doing business. They literally tried to steal my friend’s car out of my yard. My friend drove my son home from school one day while I was at work, and her car broke down as she was leaving my house, so we told her to push it off the road and leave it there until she could have it towed. She had to deal with her insurance, so it took a little while. Now bear in mind we live on a private, dead-end road. A coupon of days later, my boyfriend was at home working when a tow truck showed up and started hooking my friends truck up to tow it away. Well we called my friend and she had not sent a tow truck yet. My boyfriend had to tell the to put her car back down and get off our property. Folks, when I called the towing company, they had the damn gall to tell me that some COMPLETE STRANGER had called them claiming my friend’s car was abandoned on the roadside, and they just took this person’s word and did nothing to verify that they had any authority to have this car towed from this property. That was their CLAIM, anyway. That’s the best case scenario. Worst case scenario, they’re scammers who thought they’d tow someone’s truck and get a bunch of money from her to get it back. I don’t even want to think about what it would have cost my friend to get her truck back from these criminals if my boyfriend had not been home. The tow truck driver was extremely rude to me on the phone and told me his boss would call me back. I never heard back and all my calls went unanswered after that. Heck, just look at their rude, nasty, disingenuous and illiterate replies to every negative review on here if you want to know what you’ll be dealing with with this company. A police report has been filed. Avoid this shady business!!

  This service is a complete scam. My driver broke down on the road. The police arrived and called these guys. They showed up and broke my bull bar and a piece of the bumper while trying to pull the truck out. Because of that, they had to tow the truck backwards. They even called another tow truck without warning me! When I asked why they were doing this, the driver started saying the truck was too low, which is complete nonsense. Later, when they started moving, he said they broke the bull bar and the bumper because my driver supposedly kept his foot on the brake — which my driver completely denies. He has been driving for more than 10 years, and nobody would be that stupid to keep their foot on the brake. They brought the truck to the location and only then said they accept EFS and Cash App only, even though they never mentioned that before. Cash App has limits, so I asked if I could pay part by card or Zelle. The owner, Howard, started yelling, swearing, and threatening to take my truck away. After 15 minutes of me trying to set up the EFS payment, he increased the price by $300 and told his driver to take the truck to their yard. In the end, I paid $2,745 for towing over just 60 miles. I believe they intentionally broke the bumper so they could tow the units separately and charge more. I do not recommend this service. My truck was already broken down and facing an expensive repair, and these people tried every possible way to scam me and squeeze every dollar they could out of the situation. I have all the conversations records on me, feel free to ask if you don’t believe!

  Allow me to add an excellent review to all of these other great reviews. We had our serpentine belt break on our RV. Cooper came out as soon as he could to see if he could fix us up by the side of the road, which was totally amazing by itself. When he determined that he couldn't, Chris came quickly with the tow truck, and they towed us to their facility and were able to get a new belt installed for us the next morning. They both were very gracious, friendly, nice, and highly professional. We always felt we were in good hands. And the pricing was very fair. We really appreciate their service.
