  Air conditioning didn't work . Beepers drive you crazy constantly beeps. The governor 70 mph which is ridiculous and impossible to drive safely on an interstate in the mountains. No back up camera on a 26ft truck how stupid. Everytime you got in or out the horn kept honking. Over all junk. Would never rent one again. Waste of money.

  Penske was wonderful to deal with. Robert, the district manager went out of his way to get us the van we needed. He had it held for us to pick up (our dates weren't firm). We have gotten the best customer service from Penske!

  Great pricing, customer service and great Trucks! I rented a 26' to move everything out of storage, I always use Penske when moving, the Foley location was great to deal with.

  We rental a truck to use locally for only 2 hours and they over change us for something that was supposed cost around $25.00. We ending up paying around $70.00 dollars . In addition to the services at this dealer for this Penske extremely horrific. FYI-We return the truck full gas used for less then then 2 hours. Please, do yourself favor and rental some else. I wished I did :(

  We filled the truck up approximately 5 miles from the Foley Azalea Penske return. When we returned the truck the owner asked if we if it was "full" when we got it. We explained that we filled it up to the top 5 miles back on the Orange Beach expressway. He swore that it wasn't full and offered to fill it for 8.00 a gallon! He ridiculously gave the explanation that when filling up a truck you need to take the nozzle halfway out of the tank to get the fuel to the top. He says that Penske makes him do this and ALL the customers get upset.
