  We were on our way to vacation in the Gulf Shores area and our vehicle completely locked up (front braking system) before we even got to our condo rental. By recommendation, we used this location of Enterprise. All of the staff was helpful, but when someone goes out of their way to assist, I always feel the need to give credit when and where it is due. Enterprise - you will do yourself well to keep and recognize Ms. Briana Senear! She is an excellent representative of your company and she displays impeccable customer service skills! Kudos to Briana! I would also like to say that while I’m underwhelmed by Enterprises usage of a corporate call system and its delays, all of the local employees I dealt with at this location, which is in Foley, AL, the Pensacola BLVD location (Davis), and the three gentlemen at the car return at the HSV Huntsville Airport location were outstanding! Good job Enterprise…

  Reserved a car. Got there 10 minutes early and last car was given out. Finally 10 minutes before closing I was offered a big pickup. Otherwise would of had to urber 50 miles away and see if they had any. Overbooked? Don't know

  Avoid Foley Enterprise if you don't have 2 hours to waste. Whole lot of nothing going on. Took 2 hours to pick up a car which was booked 3 months ago. Bringing the car back and there where 5 people in green Enterprise shirts (5 more than when I picked it up) and none of them were doing anything related to helping customers. Seems they were not satisfied unless you were dissatisfied. Using Hertz an ALL future rentals.

  We picked up the rental due to the failure of our own car. The transaction was quick and very smooth. They went out of their way to help and get me on my way quickly. Thank you!

  Rented a minivan on line, 2 hours prior to pickup the local Foley office calls me and tells me they have no cars left, and sorry, I went to Hertz just down the road and they rented me a car within 2 hours of my request. If enterprise can pick you up, why couldn't they have went to Pensacola or Mobile and got me a car. Thanks to Hertz we were still able to go on our trip on time.
