  While on vacation, we encountered some flooding and the clips holding the plate under our car came loose. We stopped at the Foley Goodyear, and they had us back on our trip in under thirty minutes. Excellent service.

  Absolutely the sorriest most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with and that is saying something. I ordered, paid for my tires and scheduled an appointment all online. I showed up for my appointment early and expected things to go smoothly. Well…my purchase wasn’t in their system and I was told I needed to call Goodyear and have them send proof of my purchase to the store. I did not. Then I was summoned into the manager’s office where he sized me up to see if I was trying to scam them. He got on the phone with Goodyear and they faxed him proof I ordered and paid for the tires. This all delayed my install for about 45 minutes. Then the installer took another almost 3 hours to put on 4 tires. This is a ridiculous amount of time. When checking out they could not generate a real receipt with the information where I could register my new tires. I was just happy to get out of there so I didn’t press the issue. I looked my car over to make sure they put the lug nuts on. The tires and wheels had white grease all over them. I expected nothing less at this point. I absolutely regret I ever did business with Goodyear Tire in Foley. The entire organization there is a joke.

  Six stars if I could! Let me tell you my tale of woe! In 2023, I took my van to a Goodyear that shall remain nameless and had like $2600 worth of work done. That's a lot of doll-hairs.... New brakes/rotors, CV boots, bunch of other stuff I can't remember/ want to forget. Two months later, had to take it back (to the nameless place) because the front end was shaking during braking. They replaced the brakes... again? Fast forward to 2025, the front end is shaking bad. The steering is popping when you turn right or left to the maximum allowed amount. Feels like my van is about to come apart. Ran my van to another Goodyear, that also shall remain nameless, for a remedy. Thinking ahead, I brought my invoice from the time I spent all my money on the van repair. Reviewing the invoice with the employee, it was brought to my attention that the brake warranty was 6 months, and I was way out of time. There was nothing that could be done...unless I had more doll-hairs. This was my darkest hour and I almost gave up hope, the future looked bleak and could not see a way forward.... but NO! This is America, I reminded myself, where the customer is always right and companies compete to earn your business! I called Goodyear in Foley and told them my tale of woe, instead of finding an excuse to turn me away they listened and they told me to bring them my van. That is when the clouds parted and the automotive angels began to sing. They reviewed my invoice and noticed that I had purchased the ceramic brakes, which carry a two year warranty! I'm also remembering that I had the front axles replaced... Do those only last two years now? Well, Goodyear Foley said: "hey, we will look at it and if it's something that we (Goodyear the company) repaired from your invoice we will make it right." Few days later, got a call back. There was an issue with a tie rod on one side and the anti sway bar on the other that was not previously addressed, so I pulled out some more doll-hairs. But now for the part you've been waiting for.... The part that still puts a smile on my face and motivated me to write this novel of a review. I was told that some of the work was 42 days over warranty, but they didn't care and would still honor it. They replaced my front brakes and addressed all the other things that were previously "fixed". What an experience, can't tell you how much their commitment to customer service meant to me and my almost bald dolls.
