- JJJeffFeb 23, 20261.0Back in August I purchased 4 new tires. Road Hazard was not given to me. A month later I had to buy another new tire and purchased Road Hazard on all the tires. I contacted the corporate office and I was supposed to get a refund. That I never received. Also I had my rear breaks changed and it was only halfway done. A few months afterwards I had to have the rear breaks re done do to one of the wheel cylinders was not changed out when it should have been done. I will never use their service again and I don't recommend them to anyone. I have more faith in Steve's Automotive than anyone else.

Was good when Larry was there but now there isn't a soul who knows what they are doing. Take your business to Sweat tire or Firestone instead you won't regret it.

The person on the phone didn't seem to want to look up the information by the order number. I told him if it was a problem I would cancel the purchase. He laughed so I figured this is not the place to bring your vehicle. I see several reviews with complaints so I won't go there.
