- JHJeffrey Humphreys2 days ago1.0Have went here for years for oil and fuel filter changes. About 6 months ago I noticed a spot in my drive the morning after an oil change. Took truck immediately back up there to find they didn’t tighten the drain plug. Two oil changes later I again I saw a spot under my truck. When I looked to see what might be the issue I found oil all over the truck where they drained it and didn’t even bother to wipe it off. Now I have two spots in my driveway from this place. Glad to see new places opening up around Foley. This will be my last time I do business with Express Oil Change.

- BWBrad WilliamsFeb 12, 20265.0I counted 5 bolts underneath the truck on the skid plate before I went to get the oil change. A bolt was left out of the skid plate of my black Tundra (2-12-26) after stating to “make sure they are all in”. When I got home, I slid underneath and counted only 4. Lube bay stated there were 5 with the 6th missing. No big deal but this is twice. Super courteous and professional just watch your skid plate bolts.
