- DLD Lynn5 days ago1.0I rented a car because I had to stop my car off for tires 4 miles fr the rental office. I was to be picked up at noon to go to their office and complete paperwork and get the rental. I was asked to arrive early as they were rushed at noon do I got my car check in at tire store early and waited over 20 min to be picked up waiting outside never receiving a courtesy call about my ride being late. I tried calling the office and waited 4 min I. Hold till call was cut off then called back waiting over 11 minutes and never got anyone. I called another line and they could not get them to answer do I cancelled recently!! They were not concerned enough to call me or arrive to pick me up. My husband has Parkinson’s do I needed to rent a car to get back to him now I will walk somewhere and try to get someone to pick me up and take me home!! I will never rent from them again!
