  While trying to contact the Foley branch, I was placed on hold multiple times. On two to three occasions, the phone was answered and then immediately disconnected. When I finally reached a representative, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I explained that we were traveling from Tennessee and had encountered traffic, causing us to be a few minutes past our scheduled drop-off time, but my concern was not acknowledged. I contacted the Daphne Enterprise location about possibly returning the car to their branch. Although they were unable to assist since it was not their branch, the representative was far more professional and courteous than the Foley branch, which was disappointing. I would like to add that when I arrived at the Foley location, the manager, Desmond, had stayed behind for the pickup and was more than helpful. He completely made up for the inconvenience and provided truly impeccable customer

  Friendly staff but did have to wait for a vehicle to be ready. Requested a mid sized SUV It is actually a small Jeep Compass.

  The service once we arrived to the service center was prompt and the car rental was lovely. However, we do feel that a pickup should have been an option given it was 8 miles away- the location said it was outside their limits. Unfortunately, it did cost us a $15 UBER each way. This was my only suggestion for rental options and why I choose Enterprise to rent from. This location should consider this extra service to keep future business. Please let me know if this changes in the future as I have reviewed and stated the lack of this service on my associations website.

  Love the entire Enterprise team in Foley Alabama. They are true professionals who go out of their way to ensure world class customer service.

  I want to show appreciation and a very heartfelt thank you to Dominique at the Foley, AL Rental location for her direct help and patience this past weekend. The rental facility was packed with renters and returns with her and a 2nd employee doing their best to facilitate in-person and phones, etc to get everyone happy. My wife had reserved a size luxury SUV for our sons homecoming for him and other friends to attend on Sat. Unfortunately, on Friday the renter decided to keep it another day, only thing was a mini-van left, we showed up on Friday to get the van, waited amongst the organized chaos, and as I pulled out (wife already left in the van), a new Tahoe pulled in to be returned, I immediately pulled back around, parked and walked in...no the facility closes at noon and it was 12:05pm, Dominique saw me at the door, smiled and said "I know"... she was friendly, courteous to everyone and made it happen for 7 high schoolers from South Baldwin Christian Academy on a special night.
