  Excellent experience. I went at the last minute for a rental that day and I showed up 30 minutes before they closed and they assisted me immediately. Very kind, professional and customer oriented. A+++

  My experience started off very rocky. I called and spoke with Que, the area manager. He assured me that he would be at the location all day and he would have a car for me at the price point my warranty covered (my car was in the shop). When I finally called back, not only had he left, he hadn't given anyone in the office a heads up about my situation. When I called back, there were no vehicles with my price point, as promised and Que was nowhere to be found. Then an angel of a man, Desmond, the Asst Mgr, came on the line. He made sure to take great care of me. My anxiety was high because I had been given the runaround from my warranty company all day, my job was adamant that I had to drive in the next day, it was after 4 in the afternoon and the information I had been given earlier wasn't correct. This professional young man jumped into action. He found a car for me (at this point, I didn't care what type). He explained exactly what I needed to pick up the car and he promised to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes because I was in my lunch break at work (I didn't get off until after they closed). He single handedly saved my relationship with Enterprise. I was willing to walk away and go to another rental car service. When I returned the car, he inquired about my car and voiced how happy he was that my car got fixed quickly. He thanked me for trusting him to make my experience a good one (which he did) and reminded me that he and his staff are always there to help. I had some other questions about future one way rentals and he helped me understand the process and what needed to be done. The level of communication and teamwork in that office is top notch the entire team, minus the 1st person I spoke to, was working together to help other guests check in and check out and their demeanor with one another was smooth and respectful. The office was clean and bright and everyone had a smile or an upbeat manner about themselves. No one seemed grumpy. I will be back. I have Desmond's card. I have faith in this location. Thank you Desmond! Keep being amazing.

  this is the only place in Foley that I would rent a car from. I had totaled my car last February not only were they the cheapest place around but they had the better cars around believe it or not my opinion anyways what does my opinion matter I would prefer to rent from this place because they have clean automobiles the staff in Foley Alabama is one of the finest that I've ever met and I've been around a bunch of states and Enterprise Rent-A-Cars these people know how to treat you and they will have respect and dignity when they're talking to you thank you for being there when I needed you

  Very good customer service at check in. Vehicle type we reserved wasn't available so we were upgraded. No issues during rental. Very smooth return.
