- BBBill BeasonSep 26, 20251.0Horrible customer service. Had a hurt back. Line was moving very slow. I squatted to relieve pain and got quizzed down. Should not have been questioned about anything. Common sense would have told them I was trying to deal with slow line and pain. On another visit I returned a mower battery that I wasn’t sure would fit my mower because when I purchased it I voiced my reservation about the size and was assured I could return it if it didn’t fit. I returned it three weeks later and got told “ 3 weeks is a long time to see if it fit”. Without going into specifics, I had personal family issues that took priority over a battery that won’t fit. But I shouldn’t be defending how long it took me to get back there because of said issues as a customer. Please train your staff to be sensitive of customer issues, don’t make comments disparaging a customer for the length of time on a return if that was not stated at purchase .
