    Needed a back windshield wiper. The other auto parts place stated, 36.00 and some change. Advanced had it for only 14.99 what a better deal! And The staff member installed it within minutes. The other place told me they couldn't install. Will be going back for sure!!

    I specifically want to point out Lucas. This is the second review Im making because this is the 2nd time Lucas went above and beyond to help me. Came in with another bulb issue in my headlights and he helped to diagnose the issue and went above and beyond and physically helped me with the issue (way beyond his pay grade). Thanks for great service.

    Horrible customer service. Had a hurt back. Line was moving very slow. I squatted to relieve pain and got quizzed down. Should not have been questioned about anything. Common sense would have told them I was trying to deal with slow line and pain. On another visit I returned a mower battery that I wasn’t sure would fit my mower because when I purchased it I voiced my reservation about the size and was assured I could return it if it didn’t fit. I returned it three weeks later and got told “ 3 weeks is a long time to see if it fit”. Without going into specifics, I had personal family issues that took priority over a battery that won’t fit. But I shouldn’t be defending how long it took me to get back there because of said issues as a customer. Please train your staff to be sensitive of customer issues, don’t make comments disparaging a customer for the length of time on a return if that was not stated at purchase .
