They are great and helpful my only complaint is that I was lied to and told a drain and fill was not possible on my particular car meanwhile the previous owner, the internet, and another mechanic told me it is yet the particular manager said it was not. I don’t appreciate being lied to or told even half truths. If I come in and ask for something specific don’t come up with a scam to upsell me something else. Just do what was asked of you……. It really kind of peeved me off to sit there as they were doing the transmission and watch some one else on YouTube do exactly what I asked for to exactly the same year/make/model car but was told could not be done “because your model does not have a drain plug”.
