They did such a good job and their prices were so good that I brought my wife’s car today for an oil change. Mike is such a nice guy and very knowledgeable! He was clearly disgruntled when I questioned him. I purchased the Full service oil change. The tech checked our lights turn signals and horn but I had to ask him to check my tires air pressure. Then he was clearly agitated that I asked. I paid for full service why do I have to check to make sure he did it? When it was all said and done I payed him and then he told me they're window washer fluid pump was not working. So I was already feeling uncomfortable with my service and now I'm just bothered by his attitude and poor customer service. Most places have gallon jugs of fluid to fill when the pump doesn't work. I feel like it was not worth the money I paid and will tell anyone that will listen to drive the extra minute to Muscle Shoals
